And to think, exams are still to come...:S. yeesh. k, got to go study....:P
Oh exams are easy- everything is finished with.
Midterms are hard because:
1) Still have to waste time attending classes
2)Still have to waste time doing projects and papers
3)Have to ignore new information in classes that isn't on immediate midterm
See in december, all that's left is studying with no distractions. You can stay inside for a week if you want. Yes, I think I would welcome exams.

But I do agree with you,
midterms + an excess of asst's = sheer pain.
